Oil-less Rotary Vane Medical Vacuum Systems_2029

Oil-less Rotary Vane Medical Vacuum Systems_2029

Product catalog summary
Overview: The document describes the LifeLine® oil-less rotary vane medical vacuum pumps, highlighting their key features and benefits.
Specifications: The pumps are 100% dry, eliminating the need for oil changes and reducing the risk of leaks. They use durable, self-lubricating carbon/graphite vanes, which require infrequent and simple change-outs. The systems are air-cooled, negating the need for water cooling.
Design and Installation: The compact modular design allows the systems to fit through a 36” opening without disassembly, requiring minimal site preparation. This design also minimizes floor space usage.
Environmental and Safety Benefits: The oil-less design eliminates biohazardous waste oil, reducing disposal costs and health risks associated with pathogenic contamination in lubricated systems.
Performance: The systems operate quietly with noise levels below 76 dB(A) and are vibration-free. Various models are available, including duplex, triplex, and quadruplex systems, with different power and capacity specifications.
Key Benefits: The pumps offer no oil usage, compact design, vibration-free operation, and low maintenance requirements.
Dimensions and Capacities: Detailed dimensions and capacities for different models (duplex, triplex, quadruplex) are provided, indicating the space requirements and system capacities in SCFM and lpm at specified vacuum levels.

Oil-less Rotary Vane Medical Vacuum Systems_2029-1

Part of the Atlas Copeo Group Oil-Less Rotary Vane Medical Vacuum Simple to Maintain. No More LifeLine' oil-less rotary vane medical vacuum pumps are 100% dry. There is absolutely no oil to leak or change. Each pump contains durable, self-lubricating, carbon/graphite vanes. Vane change-out is infrequent and amazingly simple when finally required. In addition, all systems are air cooled. Water is never required for cooling or sealing, further reducing oper- ating costs. Compact Modular Design LifeLine' rotary vane packages require minimal floor space. All modular and tank mount systems are designed to fit through a 36" opening without disassembly and require minimal site Quiet, Vibration-Free With noise levels below 76 dB(A) for all duplex models, LifeLine' oil-less vacuum systems are extremely quiet to operate. Additionally, rotary vane technology is inherently vibration-free. Eliminates Biohazardous Due to the very real possibility of patho- genic contamination of the lubrication system in lubricated medical vacuum pumps, waste oil from medical vacuum systems may be classified as biohazardous material. This results in increased oil disposal costs for the hospital, as well as increased health risks for maintenance personnel. Since LifeLine' oil-less vacuum systems are 100% dry, there are no waste 3 HP Duplex Tank Mount System
