Valve Design
The dual port shut-off valve features a three-piece bronze/brass body with double seals and a chrome-plated brass ball. It operates with a quarter turn and is designed for a maximum working pressure of 600 psig or vacuum service to 29” Hg. Valves are available in sizes from 1/2” to 4” and are serviceable in-line, supplied clean for oxygen service.

Emergency Oxygen Supply Connection
The emergency oxygen inlet provides a connection for auxiliary oxygen sources during emergencies or maintenance, as required by NFPA 99. It includes a 1” three-piece ball valve, pressure gauge, and relief valve within a weather-tight enclosure. Two types of enclosures are available: recessed and surface mounted.

Dimensions
Rough-in box dimensions vary based on the number of valves, ranging from 11-1/4” for a 2-valve assembly to 37-3/4” for a 7-valve assembly.

Valve Design A BeaconMedæs dual port shut-off valve is constructed of a threepiece bronze/brass body featuring double seals and a chrome plated brass ball. Only a quarter turn of the handle is required to operate the valve from an open to a closed position. All valves are designed for a maximum working pressure of 600 psig or vacuum service to 29” Hg.
