Test Method:
  • Remove the test cassette from the sealed pouch.
  • For serum or plasma: Add 1 drop (about 30μL) of the sample and 1 drop of diluent into each sample hole.
  • For capillary whole blood: Add 2 drops (about 60μL) of blood and 1 drop of diluent into each sample hole.
  • For whole blood: Add 2 drops (about 30μL) of blood and 1 drop of diluent into each sample hole.
  • Start the timer and wait for colored lines to appear. Interpret results at 15 minutes, but not after 20 minutes.
Test Results: Results are interpreted as negative, positive, or invalid based on the appearance of colored lines.

INTENDED USE The 2019-nCoV Neutralization Antibody Rapid Test Cassette is a lateral flow immunoassay intended for the qualitative detection 2019-nCoV neutralization antibody in serum, plasma and whole blood. Using purified receptor binding domain (RBD), protein from the viral spike (S) protein and the host cell receptor ACE2, this test is designed to mimic the virus-host interaction by direct protein-protein interaction.
