Test Principle

Procedures

Sample Preparation: Collect whole blood samples, dispense into culture tubes, incubate for 22±2 hours, and centrifuge for 10 minutes.
Testing Procedures: Wash microplates, add sample dilution buffer, samples, and standards, followed by HRP-conjugate reagent. Incubate and add coloring solutions, then stop the reaction. Read absorbance at 450nm/600~650nm for quantitative detection of IFN-γ.

Performance Analysis
The kit was tested on 129 vaccinated individuals, yielding a sensitivity of 89.15% with 115 positive results. Among 91 non-vaccinated and non-infected individuals, the specificity was 98.90% with 90 negative results and 1 false positive.
