4. Assembly Instruction a) Place the rotatory shafts into the tubes before screwing the M12 nut. d) Adjust its height by rotating the handle to fit their hole sites into that of the rotatory shafts, then plug into the lock catches.The operation is illustrated on the right： e) For placing a bedpan, fold the handles on both sides and place the bedpan holder in the hole site, then place the bedpan from the rear, as illustrated on the right： f) Fit on the small tube for infusion support. 5. User Manual * Please follow all the instructions stated in this brochure when using the moving machine. This is for your security. Notes: For safe and smooth using, the bedpan and bedpan holder should be installed only when needed. A. Instructions of moving the patient a) The patient should sit up straight when the moving machine is unfolded in front of the patient. Lift the patient's feet to step on the rest pedals. Make sure its brakes are locked until the patient is seated on the machine； b) When the patient is leaning to the left and to the right, turn the correlative side of the chair...

c) Unlock the brakes when the patient is seated with double buckles locked.Now take hold of the front handle to move the patient. d) Unlock the double buckles and unfold the machine after the patient is moved to the target place . a) Take down the lock catch to adjust the height. There are regulation ports on the sticks. b) After adjusted to desirable height, put the lock catch back to its place.

a) Please make sure the machine is intact and well-knit before use. b) When sitting into or getting up from the machine, keep patient's feet on ground instead of on pedals. c) Please adjust the height before use. d) Make sure the seat boards on both sides are kept at the same height before use. e) Please do not adjust height while the patient is sitting down. f) Please take down the bedpan holder and bedpan before folding and unfolding the machine. g) Make sure the wheels are locked while the patient is sitting into or getting up. h) Make sure the four wheels are all locked while the patient...

When opening the packing case, please confirm the following parts and accessories are included: a) For safety use, please do regular check and maintenance to the machine. b) Please use neutral detergent for cleaning. c) Please do regular check on the parts, and replace the loose or damaged. d) Please follow the instructions when assembling or disassembling to prevent unexpected damages.

10. After-sales We warrant the machine against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of original retail purchase. For any non-human damages during the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair or replace the machine at our own cost. This warranty is not subject to any malfunctions caused by misuse and any machines altered or repaired without our authorization. The situations set forth void all liability statements. It is recommended to keep the packing materials for probable return shipment as they are designed to protect the product.
