GROWING ENDOPROSTHESIS OF THE FEMUR • The implant is designed individually, according to the CT data or X-ray images of the patient. • The distraction mechanism allows gradual growth of the limb in length and the growth of blood vessels, nerves and muscles until adulthood. • The modular system ensures that any of the offered femoral components (0, 1, 2, …) in any combination with the distraction member (0 ÷ 30, 30 ÷ 60, 60 ÷ 90, …) and their subsequent change are used.
