Product Overview

The AURA PCR DNA Carry-Over Blocking Cabinets are designed for pre-amplification sample preparation in controlled environments to prevent DNA carry-over. The cabinet neutralizes DNA molecules in aerosols using UV radiation, ensuring no contamination enters the cupboard.

Operating Mode

After completing procedures, the tempered glass front panel is closed, activating a timer to expose internal surfaces to UV radiation.
The outer tempered glass acts as a UV filter, protecting personnel from exposure.
Complies with EMC directive 89/336EC and safety requirements EN 61010-1.
