BIOBASG BIOBASE CHINA Application: Leakage tester is suitable for sealing test of bags, bottles, tubes, cans and boxes in food, pharmaceutical, medical equipment, daily chemicals, automobiles, electronic components, stationery and other industries. It can also be used to test the sealing performance of the specimens after the drop and pressure resistance tests. for one-touch operation throughout the testing process. * Sealed chamber is made of high quality plexiglass tubing with 15mm thickness. * Automatic pressure release and purge upon completion of testing, saving operational time. * Imported pressure sensors paired with precision relays for rapid response and stable pressure control. Integrated calibration module supports multi-point calibration for third-party verification. =k The instrument features an integrated compressed air filtration and pressure regulation system, with an external design for easy drainage and debris removal, ensuring the safe operation of internal components. * To ensure uninterrupted operation, the instrument utilizes a three-power-source independent supply mode: separate power supplies for the main controller, pressure reception module, and pressure control module. * The performance of pneumatic components is stable and reliable. * High quality plexiglass sealing barrel, effectively enhance the compressive strength. * Electronic pressure holding device, reduce mechanical wear. * PVC operation panel, LED display. * Built-in time display, convenient for users to record and observe the pressure holding time. * Automatic constant pressure air supply, automatic backblowing unloading pressure (Only for BK-ST132). * External compressed air filter device, easy to drain water and clean impurities (Only for BK-ST132). * Dual power supply independent power supply (Only for BK-ST132).
