BIOBASE BIOBASG CHINA Introduction: Class B autoclave uses steam as the medium. Through multiple evacuations of the sterilization chamber and filling it with steam, after the sterilization chamber reaches a certain degree of vacuum, saturated steam is filled again to reach the set pressure and temperature, thus achieving the purpose of sterilizing the items to be sterilized. The table top autoclave can be used for medical and surgical items in ophthalmology, dentistry and clinics, such as packaged items, hollow and porous items for sterilization, and can also be used in emergency rooms and small laboratories. * The operation interface adopts a 3.5-inch LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) screen, which can display the operation curve of the equipment during operation in real time, as well as information such as the pressure, temperature, time inside the chamber, and alarm codes, making it convenient for users to observe. * It has a built-in dual water tank configuration, realizing the separation of clean water and sewage. There is no need for an external water source. The open clean water tank is convenient for daily cleaning. One water filling can support multiple operations, and it has a high and low liquid level prompt function. * The high-efficiency filter uses a 0.22pm high-efficiency air filter to isolate impurities in the air and prevent the sterilized load from being re-contaminated. * Internal configuration: It is equipped with a three-layer sterilization storage rack, including three sterilization trays and one tray clip. * Diversified programs: Programs for solid exposed instruments (121/134°C), programs for packaged instruments (121/134°C), fabric programs (121/134°C), enhanced sterilization programs (134°C), B&D test programs, HELIX test programs, and vacuum test programs.
