The DNA Quantification BR kit includes BR Dye, BR Dilution Buffer, and two DNA Standards. Simply dilute the BR Dye with the BR Dilution Buffer, add DNA sample, then read the concentration using the Qubit® Fluorometer. The assay is accurate for DNA concentrations from100 pg/µL to 1000 ng/µL, and is highly selective for double-stranded DNA over RNA (Figure 1). Common contaminants such as salts, free nucleotides, solvents, detergents, RNA, single stranded DNA, or protein are well tolerated in the assay (Table 1). Table 1.
