HLC Series-1

Ergonomic four-way contoured seat/waterfall front with sewn seams/aluminum base. HLC chairs are recommended for use in healthcare, educational, industrial, office and static control settings. Manufactured with a sewn seam, the HL series marks a stylistic departure from many of our products, yet they feature the same level of durability common to all BioFit chairs. If staying ahead of the curve in terms of aesthetics and performance is important to you, this line will keep you in the lap of luxury. Different options and upholstery combinations are available. STANDARD FEATURES Backrest: Ergonomic backrest with sewn seams and lumbar support, 15 1/2" wide x 14 1/2" high. Seat: Ergonomic, four way contoured seat with sewn seams and waterfall front, 18 1/2" wide x 17" deep x 3". Model shown has optional chrome metal parts. Controls: Standard with Task Control – Soft-touch pneumatic seat-height adjustment, fixed rearward seat tilt of 31⁄2°, backrest tilt, backrest-height adjustment. Fire Retardant: Meets California Technical Bulletin 117. Upholstery: A wide range of upholstery fabrics are available to meet your needs. Metal Parts: HLC Series chairs have a powder-coated finish as standard or a chrome-plated finish when specified with a C option code (aluminum base has a polished top with the C option). Base: 5-legged cast aluminum base with 23" leg spread. SEAT HEIGHT RANGES Adj. Range Casters and Glides: Models available standard with casters have an R following the model number/manufacturing code. The remaining models are standard with nickel-plated glides. Standard casters are a single-wheel ball bearing caster for hard floors; many other optional casters/glides are available.
