Product catalog summary
Sterilization Method Overview
The document describes the use of sterilizing gas ampoules as a practical and simple low-temperature sterilization method for medical devices. This method is advantageous as it does not require gas, air installation, or electrical connections, making it suitable for emergency conditions. It effectively sterilizes pre-packed materials without causing damage, as it does not involve heat or pressure.
Sterilization Kit Components
The Sterilization Kit includes a sterilizing gas ampoule (BL-05 or BL-20) wrapped in a diffusing membrane, a container bag, and a seal for securing the bag.
Usage Instructions
To use, place the ampoule in the sterilization bag with the items to be sterilized, seal the bag, and break the ampoule.
Sterilization and Aeration Times
The sterilization process requires a minimum of 12 hours, depending on the materials. Following sterilization, a minimum 24-hour aeration period is necessary, which can be reduced with an ethylene oxide aerator.
Product Specifications
The ampoules are available in volumes of 5 cc (BL-5) and 20 cc (BL-20), with ethylene oxide concentrations of 90% and 97%, respectively. Packaging options include boxes of 60 for BL-5 and 20 for BL-20. Container bags are available in sizes 31 x 60 cm (11 liters capacity) and 56 x 92 cm (34 liters capacity).
