Conical and screw retained CAP Using the appropriate cap, both conometric and screw prosthetic can be added to the LEM. For both these options there are rotational non-rotational caps. The prosthetic screws should be inserted using 25/30Ncm. The medical grade 5 titanium caps are covered in titanium nitride to increase their resistance to wear and tear.
