Biometric Diagnostics in Dentistry Approved for 25 Hours of AGD/MAGD Credit Three Full Days Limited registrations $2,400 Tuition If your dental treatments are altering the vertical, lateral, or A/P position of your patients mandible it behooves you to know the impact those changes are having on your patients craniofacial physiology. Fewer and fewer clinicians are willing to accept guessing about the craniofacial health of their reconstruction, orthodontic or cosmetic patients’ stomatognathic health. This three-day seminar is an intense and unique experience. The lectures will explain the basics of the BioPAK and T-Scan II system. Data acquisition will be taught in detail. The bulk of the course will be spent on interpretation of the data. Each participant will be provided with his or her own laptop, as participants move around the program — initially as a group and eventually on their own. BioPAK is an extremely valuable diagnostic tool for patients who have demonstrated some level of joint dysfunction. However, it is an equally valuable tool when used as a screening device for patients contemplating cosmetic, restorative and/or orthodontic therapy. The BioPAK, an excellent screening tool and it serves as both a diagnostic aid and practice management instrument. Dr. Glassman will also introduce the concepts of the T-Scan, as well as demonstrate the exciting synchronization of the T-Scan and BioPAK EMG in the new BITES (BioEMG Integrated w/ T-Scan Evaluation System) Program.
