Oligo(dT) Primer Instruction for UseOligo(dT) Primer Description: Oligo (dT) 20 Primer is designed to initiate the synthesis of cDNA from total RNA in a reverse transcription reaction, where Reverse Transcriptase is starting the reaction from the poly-A-end of mRNA. The product is supplied as lyophilized powder and consists of 20 deoxythymidines. Application: Reverse Transcription Concentration: For an end concentration of 100 pmol/^l (100 ^M), dissolve the Oligo Primer in the nuclease free water. Please make sure to not introduce contaminants like DNases or RNases. For REF 509003, dissolve the content in 54,3 ^l water.
