Overview: The TTHR EASY® system is a monobloc femoral stem designed for hip revision surgeries. It is based on the modular TTHR reconstruction stem concept, offering a simplified and reduced set of instruments for ease of use.
Specifications: The system includes a monobloc femoral stem available in four metaphyseal sizes and four lengths (190, 240, 290, and 340 mm). It features an anatomical curvature of 1000 mm for both left and right sides. The stem is made from titanium (ISO5832-3) and has a double coating: porous titanium with high granulometry on the metaphyseal part and hydroxyapatite (HA) coating on the entire stem.
Locking Mechanism: The distal locking is achieved through three fixation screws with a diameter of 6.5 mm, except for the size 10 stem and the 190 mm stems. The taper is 12/14 with an angle of 5°42’30’’ and a height of 10 mm (minitaper).
Components: The system includes heads with different diameters (Ø 22.22, Ø 28, Ø 32, Ø 36) and offsets, made from stainless steel (ISO 5832-9) and alumina (Biolox® Delta) by CERAMTEC.
