Mikrobac® Virucidal Tissues are especially suitable when a comprehensive spectrum of activity is required. Microbiology Bactericidal, yeasticidal, fungicidal, virucidal against enveloped viruses (incl. HBV, HIV, HCV), limited spectrum virucidal activity, virucidal Areas of application QAC-based wipes for cleaning and disinfecting the surfaces of transvaginal ultrasound probes and non-invasive medical devices such as ultrasound probes for abdominal examinations. Wear protective gloves. Wipe all surfaces. Ensure complete coverage. Take particular care to ensure that all joints, recesses and edges are completely covered. Reseal the packaging immediately after use. To remove disinfectant residues after the exposure time, wipe the surfaces with a dry cloth or a cloth soaked in water (at least drinking water quality), especially in areas that are difficult to access. Disinfectable area: approx. 1.5 m2/wipe. Notes: Ensure that disinfectant does not penetrate electronic devices. Follow the manufacturer's instructions. Not to be used for skin cleasing. Not suitable for aluminum and non-ferrous metals. For sensitive surfaces such as acrylic glass (PMMA) and elastomers (rubber or silicone), see device manual. Intermediate cleaning must be carried out when changing products. A manual reprocessing procedure is available for reprocessing of transvaginal ultrasound probes, the effectiveness of which has been verified in an independent laboratory.

Stability When used daily, use a maximum of 4 weeks. Once opened, the package must be discarded if not used for more than 1 week.
