Therefore, accelereted osseointegration can be achived. In addition to conventional sandblasting and etching processes applied to the dental implant surface, the SLA active surface is subjected to plasma treatment, which significantly increases the surface activation. Compared to the SLA surface, the SLA-active surface becomes rougher and more hydrophilic, greatly accelerating the osseointegration process.
