Brainlab® Cranial Navigation Software with Microscope Integration enhances neurosurgical procedures by integrating pre-planned objects into the microscope ocular, allowing for seamless navigation and increased functionality.

Specifications
The software supports all major neurosurgery microscopes, providing improved image integration. Passive markers attached to the microscope enable positional tracking and ergonomic orientation, with autofocus on the navigated tool.

Display Options
Unique navigation features include Microscope Depthview, which reconstructs CT or MR datasets from the surgeon's perspective. On-screen video overlays display anatomy and injected objects directly on the navigation screen, while the Heads-Up Display offers critical fiber tracking information in 2D or 3D.

Views and Controls
The integration allows ergonomic viewing when switching between live and pre-operative images. Neurosurgeons can remotely control the navigation software via the microscope's handle control buttons, enhancing workflow efficiency.

Motorized Alignment
The software supports motorized microscopes with automatic alignment to navigated instruments. The microscope head autonomously moves in the X/Y direction to focus on the navigated tool, with the ability to store focus points for automatic repositioning.
