Title: Perception HD Reader Update Document No: NOC-1911 Revision: 1 We are writing to inform you that as part of our continuous improvement and supplier sustainability initiative, the Perception HD (part# 20-4008) will be discontinued, effective immediately, and replaced with a new HD version. 1. Affected Products: Perception™ HD High Definition Camera Whole rack reader for racks of 2D labelled tubes; small-footprint single camera-based solution for very rapid reading and ideal for integration, USB 3.0 cable and AC adapter. As part of our continuous improvement and supplier sustainability initiative, we identified that a key component of all camera-based readers from our supplier had become obsolete. This resulted in a significant delay and backlog in supply as we worked to seek an optimal replacement and ensure backward compatibility to the best of our ability.
