A SIMPLER AND SAFER SOLUTION FOR COMPLEX ROOT EXTRACTIONS Designed for the extraction of fractured roots. A fast and easy technique for clinicians and a less traumatic experience for patients. Allows the rupture of the periodontal ligament by rotating the root but without disturbing the socket and even enabling immediate implant insertion. 1. Insert the extractor into the root (turning clockwise) with the handle and the implant transporter. 2. Remove the implant transporter and connect the torque wrench extender. 3. Twist to the right and to the left with the torque wrench. When the extractor is firmly in place, start gentle movements right and left (10-15º) allowing for the rotational dislocation of the root. 4. Remove the wrench and insert the handle (screwing onto the threads of the extractor). 5. Use the handle to finish pulling out the root.
