BunnyMag DNA Purification & Size-Selection Beads BunnyMag DNA Purification & Size-Selection Beads are based on the SPRI (Solid Phase Reversible Immobilization) para-magnetic technology, which can selectively bind nucleic acid fragments of different sizes by adjusting the volume ratio between the beads and the sample to meet the needs of different length of nucleic acids, and are suitable for purification and screening of ideal size DNA fragments in high-throughput sequencing. The product is compatible with various brands of DNA and RNA library preparation kits, and can perfectly replace AMPure XP Beads and Axygen Beads, which are widely used in various NGS platforms.
