BunnyMag Plasma Microbiome cfDNA Isolation Kit Plasma microbiome cell-free DNA (mcfDNA) is a potential biomarker for the diagnosis of the etiology of infection. In the absence of samples from infection foci, the detection of plasma mcfDNA brings important value for pathogen identification. BunnyMag Plasma Microbiome cfDNA Isolation Kit adopts advanced nucleic acid extraction technology with super para-magnetic beads and a unique buffer system to rapidly extract mcfDNA from fresh or frozen plasma, easily achieving low concentration of trace nucleic acid extraction. The extraction process of this kit is safe and non-toxic, with maximum removal of proteins, lipids and other impurities.
