BunnyTube Cell-free DNA Preservation Tube The role of plasma cell-free DNA (cfDNA) is becoming increasingly evident as an important test sample for tumor diagnosis and non-invasive prenatal screening. BunnyTube Cell-free DNA Preservation Tube can be directly used for whole blood collection, preservation and transportation, which can effectively protect cfDNA from degradation by nucleases and avoid the release of genomic DNA from blood nucleated cells, greatly ensuring the downstream application of cfDNA. This product uses EDTA anticoagulant and special protective agents to stably preserve cell-free DNA in blood for up to 14 days at 6-35°C. Preserved blood samples can be used to most commercial kits for cfDNA extraction to meet the needs of research and in-vitro diagnostic applications. High Stability Effectively avoids cfDNA degradation and genomic DNA release High Tolerance Good temperature tolerance for easy storage and transport of samples Excellent Sequencing Erythrocyte Leukocytes The extracted cfDNA has excellent library preparation efficiency and sequencing quality ctDNA cfDNA in normal cells Wide Application Active ingredients Designed for liquid biopsies for oncology, infection, prenatal diagnosis, etc. Stable storage of plasma cfDNA BunnyTube StreckTube H company BunnyTube StreckTube H company ng/mL plasma ng/mL plasma Storage time (room temp) 3 days room temp 3 days high temp 3 days low temp Plasma sample Figure 1. Hemolysis of blood samples and stable cfDNA yield at different storage times. Blood samples were collected into 3 brands of preservation tubes, and the samples were placed at room temperature for 0, 3, 7 and 14 days to compare the hemolysis and cfDNA yield. BunnyTube Cell-free DNA Preservation Tube could effectively inhibit hemolysis and the extracted cfDNA yield was stable. * Absorption 414 nm can reflects the amount of hemoglobin and its elevated level predicts hemolysis. Figure 2. Hemolysis of blood samples and stable cfDNA yield at different transport temperatures. The blood samples were collected into 3 brands of preservation tubes, and samples were compared for hemolysis and cfDNA yield after 0 days at room temp, 3 days at room temp (25℃), high temp (35℃) and low temp (4℃) transportation. BunnyTubeTM blood collection tube for cfDNA preservation can withstand different transportation temperatures and have better resistance to genomic nucleic acid release.
