Economical constant airflow which provides improved indoor air quality and more even temperatures from room to room; and reduced indoor noise due to lower air velocity. Easy installation Factory-assembled package is a compact, fully self-contained, combination gas heating/electric cooling unit that is pre-wired, pre-piped, and pre-charged for minimum installation expense. A low-cost field installed kit for propane conversion is available for all units. 48XLN- units are dedicated Low NOx units designed for -A California installations. These models meet the California maximum oxides of nitrogen (NOx) emissions requirement of 40 nanograms/joule or less as shipped from the factory and MUST be installed in California Air Quality Management Districts or any other location where a Low NOx rule exists.
