Ruote diametro mm125, piroettanti con freno. Impianto frigorifero posizionato nella colonna centrale sotto al piano inclinato. Funzionante a temperatura media di 0°C/-5°C. Piano di appoggio in lamiera di acciaio inox, piegata e sagomata con la parte superiore inclinata di circa 18°, contenente la serpentina in rame per il raffreddamento e uno strato coibente che garantisce il raffreddamento solo sulla superficie del piano di appoggio.
