This document compares the advantages of using Ibidi plates versus traditional clear 96-well plates specifically for cell counting applications.
A comparison of live Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMC) counts was conducted using Ibidi plates and a standard 2-chamber hemocytometer across 12 samples.
Ibidi plates offer a practical and efficient alternative to traditional 96-well plates and hemocytometers for cell counting, especially when working with limited sample volumes. Their design enhances imaging quality and maintains accuracy in live cell counting.
