Recommended Usage: Prestimulation of cells for 3-5 days is recommended for most in vitro ASC applications. Following aseptic technique, add 10μl CTL B-Poly-S™ per 10ml of assay medium. An initial cell density of 1-4 x 106/ml is appropriate for splenocytes. If culturing purified B cells, an initial cell density of 2-5 x 104/ml is advised.
