Protective backing Waterproof, bacterial barrier with a high moisture Vapour Transmission Ratio. Highly flexible with a smooth finish to help prevent sheer and friction. Super absorbent core One of the best in its class for fluid retention making this dressing ideal for moderate to heavily exuding wounds. Non-woven layer This layer laterally wicks the fluid received from the PU foam to enhance absorption performance. The foam layer vertically absorbs exudate into the super absorbent layer, it also has its own fluid handling capacity and a cushioning effect for patient comfort.
