Insulation Specifications
The cold rooms use high-density polyurethane foam with a density of 40-42 kg/m³, which is fire-retardant according to ISO 3582 and CFC-free. The thermal conductivity coefficient (Lambda) is 0.021 W/m²K. The transfer coefficient (K) varies with thickness: 70 mm (3.30 W/m²K), 100 mm (0.21 W/m²K), and 130 mm (0.16 W/m²K). Compression resistance ranges from 1.5 to 2 Kg/cm².

Panel Specifications
Standard panel heights are available in increments from 203 cm to 323 cm. Panels can feature interior partitions that are either movable or use cam locks. Inside rounded corners are available for both floors and walls.

Locking and Flooring
Panels use a male-female nesting system with dual-effect cam locks. Flooring options include galvanized steel with a non-slip coating and stainless steel sheets, both supporting a static load of 2000 kg/m². Flooring is reinforced for trolleys with different weight capacities using phenolic multilayer wood and aluminum sheet covers.

Panel Finishing
Finishing options include galvanized sheet steel with a rigid white PVC coating or different colors, and stainless steel sheets with a scotch-brite/dull external finish and natural finish inside.

Doors for Cold Rooms
Various door types are available, including access doors, service doors, and sliding doors. Steel sliding doors can be equipped with electric opening mechanisms.
