Closet shall be completely assembled at factory, requiring only one connection each to hot and cold water, drain and electricity, Dimensions shall be 64” (1,626 mm) wide x 34" (864 mm) deep x 80” (2,032 MM) HIGH. ' Doors Doors shall be of double-pan construction, fabricated from (check one): □ Stainless steel (exterior and interior). □ Primed coated steel (exterior only). Insulated for sound deadening, doors are to be on continuous, stainless steel hinges and equipped with two-point, latch-type lock. Paper towel dispenser and stainless steel waste receiver are to be mounted on left door, and cork bulletin board is to be mounted on right door. Sink Sink shall be of No. 16 gauge (1.5 mm) stainless steel and built into lower-left area of closet with coved corners and 3” (76 mm) I.PS. beehive drain, Dimensions of sink shall be 12” (305 mm) x 31" (787 mm)x10” (254 mm) deep. Water-Tight Floor Floor shall be made from NO. 18 gauge (1.2 mm) stainless steel with coved back edge and raised front-edge to retain spillage, and shall be provided with reinforcing supports and skid-resistant panels, Storage Space One 7” (178 mm) wide and two 11 ” (279 mm) wide stationary shelves, and lockable compartment between top and middle shelves shall be provided in right side. Plumbing Fixtures mounted on panel, securely attached to under side of bottom shelf, shall include: diverter valve with bucker-filling hose, spout for sink, and built-in back syphonage protection device. Fluorescent Lighting Fluorescent light controlled by door-operated switch and convenience outlet shall be provided, Removable Pegboard Removable 1 /4” (6 mm) thick pegboard with water repellent surface shall be secured to back wall for storage of small tools. Exhaust Outlet Outlet shall be built into top for connection to user’s ventilation system. Mop Holders Four rubber cam-action holders shall be located on left side above sink. Warranty CMP parts are warranted against factory defects for a period of 1 year, and will be replaced upon return of defective item. All units will be serviced by factory without cost to buyer (labor and materials) for 90 days following installation. After 90 day period, replacement of a defective part (labor) will be at buyer's expense. Compressors used in CMP units are warranted for 5 years. 90-day provisions stated above also apply.
