1. Grasp collar strap and place around neck, making sure to center tubular pad on back of neck. 2. Slide collar strap thru buckle and secure. 3. Place cuff portion around wrist of affected arm and secure. Product should be air-dried, do not use high temperatures to wash or dry. 4. Adjust collar strap to keep elbow at 90 degrees.
