1. Observe warnings and instructions for use of gel packs. 2. Place one gel pack at a time into each pocket and secure in pocket. 3. Center product at small of back, pull left side firmly across middle section, repeat for the right side and secure in pocket. 4. Pull additional side pulls firmly and secure to desired comfort level. 5. If applicable, stay panels may be removed and/or adjusted for a comfortable fit.
