- Remove any metal stays if possible before cleaning.
- Close all contact closures.
- Hand wash in warm water with mild soap.
- Air-dry the product; avoid using high temperatures for washing or drying.
- Follow all warnings and instructions for gel packs.
- Insert one gel pack into each pocket and secure it.
- Center the product at the small of the back, pull the left side firmly across the middle, repeat for the right side, and secure.
- Adjust additional side pulls to the desired comfort level.
- If applicable, adjust or remove stay panels for comfort.
