Instructions for Use:
  • Release Velcro closures and open the orthosis to lay it flat.
  • Rigid inserts can be removed, heat molded, and reinserted, or the orthosis can be used without them.
  • Place the anterior panel on the center of the abdomen with the loop portion facing outward and the curve facing down.
  • Position the posterior panel on the center of the back, ensuring the Corflex logo and elastic double-pulls face outward.
  • Bring both ends of the posterior panel forward and attach them to the loop on the anterior panel.
  • Pull the elastic double-pull ends across and attach them to the loop areas on the opposite sides of the posterior panel.
  • Adjust to the desired tension without over-tightening.
Care and Cleaning Instructions:
  • Remove plastic inserts if possible, close all contact closures, and hand wash in warm water with mild soap.
  • Air-dry the product; avoid using high temperatures for washing or drying.

Disc Unloader Spinal Orthosis-1

1. Release Velcro closures, open orthosis and lay flat. 2. Note: rigid inserts may be removed from pockets, heat molded to specifications, and reinserted or it may be used without inserts. 3. Place anterior (low profile) panel on center of abdomen, making sure loop portion is facing outward and curve is facing down. Corflex manufactures a quality line of products and to help your care for the product properly we provided the following instructions for care & cleaning: Remove any plastic inserts if possible, close all contact closures and hand wash in warm water with mild soap. Product should be air-dried, do not use high temperatures to wash or dry. 4. Place posterior panel on center of back, making sure Corflex logo and elastic double-pulls are face outward. 5. Grasp both ends of posterior panel, bring forward, and attach to loop on anterior panel. 6. Grasp both ends of elastic double-pull, pull one side across and attach onto loop area on opposite side of posterior panel, pull other side across and attach to loop area on opposite double-pull.
