Pull the left side of the support firmly across the abdominal region, repeat for the right side, and secure the loop portion onto the hook portion.
Grasp both ends of the elastic double-pull, pull the left side across and attach onto the loop, then pull the right side across and attach to the loop.
Bring suspender straps over each shoulder and under the arm.
Slide straps through plastic buckles in the back and secure them.
Adjust straps to the desired tension level, ensuring not to over-tighten.
