Usage Instructions for Abdominal Binder:
- Open the abdominal binder.
- Position it over the abdominal area by grasping the elastic and foam sides.
- Gently stretch the binder and attach the hook portion to any part of the foam liner.
- If applicable, attach the hook to the loop portion for closure.

Grasp elastic and foam sides and position over abdominal area. 3. Gently stretch abdominal binder and attach hook portion along any portion of the foam liner.
