CSA Articulator Instruction 1.Mounting Mount the model taken from the face bow and the wax. Mount the model with the record taken from the face bow using bite for zig. Fill the hole of mounting plate retention screw with plate before mounting. Wait until the gypsum becomes hardened while the upper jaw was mounted. Hold the articulator upside down and mount the lower jaw without the gypsum running down. Mount using the Zig Mount using mounting zig. Put the Bite Wax between the correspondent teeth and fix with silicon. Check it is mounted completely. Hold the articulator upside down and mount the lower jaw without the gypsum running down.

Use screw to take the model from the plate. Screw clockwise until the model is taken from the plate. Use ranch to take the extra gypsum. Turn the ranch anticlockwise and unscrew the magnetic screw to take the extra gypsum.
