Procedure
1. Place the tray in the mouth and check the alignment of the tray cover and screw part.

4. Use Putty Type impression material in the tray and cover it with plastic wrap.
5. Mix Injection Type material and apply it to the Putty impression.
6. Take the impression, ensuring the screw part protrudes correctly.
7. Once the impression material hardens, unscrew and carefully remove the tray.
8. Pour gypsum over the tray to create a model, then detach once hardened.

IMPLANT IMPRESSION Before Impression condition of Implant patient With screws in the mouth before Implant Impression Insert transparent cover on the tray. Insert the cover avoiding the part to get the impression. Try to put on the tray in the mouth. Check the location of tray cover part and screw part and check if the screw protrudes out.

It is ok to detach the Screw part Cover and make a hole on the screw zone. Get the impression of Putty Type. Insert the cover from the inner side of the tray. Widen the gap between the cover using a detaching tool and detach the cover. It is easier to detach the cover if you close up the try slightly with your hand.

Put the Putty Type impression material in the tray.. Cover the Putty with plastic wrap.. Get the impression of Putty and let the screw part be protrude. Mix the Injection Type and put it on the Putty impression. . Spread the mixed Injection Type on the part to get impression in the mouth.

Get the impression of inside the mouth. Get the impression fixing the screw part is exactly outside. Unscrew after the impression material becomes hard. Remove the tray out of the mouth with care. Bottom side of the removed tray.

Insert the Lab Analog in the Impression and fasten the screw. Pour the gypsum on the Tray. Pour the gypsum to cover the Lab Analog enough as bulging. Unscrew and detach the gypsum model after the gypsum is hardened.
