Reproducibility The third generation instrumentation allows the surgeon to carry out accurate, reproducible implant positioning with a comprehensive, fully jigged system. Both initial tibia and talus cuts are referenced from the same jig instrument.

Three flats on the inferior surface allow accurate and reproducible cuts with minimal bone resection. The reamer guide provides effective preparation of the anterior talus. Final posterior cutting block ensures accurate implant fit.

Stability Two anterior pegs for primary and rotational stability and even load transfer. Open wedge effect and deep sulcus provide security for the mobile bearing. Congruency with the talus allows unconstrained rotational translational movement along the tibial plate, whilst providing optimal stability.
