Call Types
The CT-Touch system supports various call types including call, assistance, emergency, lead fault, low battery, nurse presence, and maintenance. It also allows for light, custom, and switched calls with client-customizable colors.

Common Call Facility
The system features multiple common call capabilities, night setting options, and zoning capabilities to enhance flexibility and efficiency.

Alarm Tones
Equipped with a built-in audio speaker, the system offers distinct call tones for different call types, multiple configurable alarm tones, and adjustable volume that auto-adjusts during night mode.

Paging
The system is configurable for most paging systems and supports multi-zone capability, allowing for common calls and night mode switching between zones.

Call History
The CT-Touch includes built-in call logging with on-screen display and analysis, graphical presentation of calls, and options to print or download call history. It can connect to a computer and has a memory capability of approximately 10 years.

The device dimensions are 434mm (W) x 274mm (H) x 80mm (D) with a weight of 6.9Kg including the standby battery. It operates on frequencies of 433 & 868 MHz and complies with EMC and low voltage directives, CEPT/ERC, and is RoHS/WEEE compliant. It runs on Windows 7 embedded OS.

Display
The system features a 15” clear touch-screen TFT LCD display with a wide viewing angle, bespoke screen saver availability, location mapping, text for call location and resident names, active call list, mains power fail indication, complete call history viewing on screen, and multi-screen options.
