4. Impression Components

• Fixture Level Impression: Transfer posts and pick-up squared impression copings are used for closed and open tray impressions respectively.
• Tightening torque for impression components: 12-15 N.cm.
• Shoulder impression caps and positioning cylinders are used for abutment level impressions.

5. Torque and Tools

• All screws and abutments are tightened using a 1.2 Hex Driver and Torque Wrench.
• Tightening torque values vary by component: 5-10 N.cm for cover screws and mounts, 12-15 N.cm for impression components, 20-30 N.cm for abutments.
• Specialized drivers such as Ball Driver and I&R Driver are used for ball abutment components.
