1. Peel back the label of the GOLD Hpdry slide to expose the yellow dot. 2. Place 1-3 biopsy specimens on the test yellow dot. 4. Keep the GOLD Hpdry at room temperature and monitor results up to one hour. Observe the results after 2,10, 30 and 60 minutes. 5. The result is positive when a colour change is observed in one hour or less. The result is negative if one hour after the biopsy sample addition, the dot has maintained its yellow colour.
