This document details specifications and ordering information for various racks designed to hold standard 2" boxes used in chest freezers and liquid nitrogen tanks. The racks are constructed from corrosion-resistant stainless steel and are compatible with multiple box types including cardboard (yellow or white), plastic (polycarbonate or polypropylene), and metal (stainless steel or aluminum).

Rack Types and Models

• Racks are identified by model numbers such as CF-3-2, CF-4-2, up to CF-15-2, with variations including "-X" and "-XX" suffixes indicating box type and cell divider configuration.
• Some racks come with a 2" box and divider included.
• Lock devices for security are available but must be ordered separately.

Ordering Instructions

• Replace "X" in the model number with the box type code:
  • Y - Yellow cardboard box
  • W - White cardboard box
  • P - Plastic polycarbonate box
  • PP - Plastic polypropylene box
  • S - Stainless steel box
  • A - Aluminum box
• Replace "XX" with the cell divider count: 16, 25, 36, 49, 64, 81, 100, or 144. Note that plastic polycarbonate and polypropylene boxes only support 81 and 100 cell dividers.

Construction and Features

• Racks are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
• Spring clips securely hold boxes in place without locking rods, allowing easy removal.
• Compatible with standard 2" boxes of various materials.

  • Plastic box: 0.37 lb (0.17 kg)
  • Stainless steel box: 0.84 lb (0.38 kg)
  • Aluminum box: 0.53 lb (0.24 kg)
