Insert the Allevio® nerve block catheter in one nostril until it stops. 3. Pull back the catheter 5 mm (a half mark, marked on the catheter). 4. Push in the inner catheter which will automatically end up in the cavity. 5. Inject 2 ml local anesthesia through the catheter. 7. Repeat the procedure in the other nostril. 8.
