Holter ECG with custo flash 500/501/510 To ensure that data can be saved on the SD card, the write protection lock must be in the upper position as shown. Solution The custo multiday card must be configured in the custo flash 5xx recorder, so that it can be recognised by the device. To do so, insert the custo multiday card into the flash 5xx recorder. Ensure that the direction of insertion corresponds to the label in the recorder. Then insert the rechargeable battery. The configuration starts. The process is completed when the LED flashes green slowly. Remove the custo multiday card from the recorder (gently press the edge of the card), and reinsert the card into the card reader. The above error message also appears if the card reader is faulty. Check whether the card reader is functioning properly. Ensure that the custo multiday card is recordable. If the write protection is active, it is not possible to record an ECG on the SD card. LO Error description After setting the recording parameters and selecting a patient for the recording, data cannot be saved on the custo multiday card because the device does not detect the card. 7 Note on the custo multiday card 5 Error message: multiday card not detected 8 Attaching the electrodes Adjust the neck strap so that the recorder is placed centrally on the patient’s chest.
