ChromoQuant Optima PLUS QF-PCR
ChromoQuant® QF PCR kits, including Optima PLUS and Optima STaR PLUS, offer high specificity and flexibility for detecting aneuploidy in chromosomes 15, 16, and 22. The Optima STaR PLUS kit extends detection to chromosomes 13, 18, 21, X, and Y, using a duplex test with 37 markers.
Product Specifications
The kits are designed for fast and accurate diagnosis of common aneuploidies causing pregnancy loss. They are CE-marked for IVD use and comply with best practice guidelines. The Optima PLUS kit includes 15 markers for chromosomes 15, 16, and 22, while the Optima STaR PLUS kit includes 37 markers for a broader range of chromosomes.
Procedures and Workflow
The kits enable a simple lab workflow of less than 6 hours, allowing results within 24 hours. They do not require tissue culture and include templates for easy interpretation and reporting using GeneMarker and GeneMapper.
