The M-System thermoformers, including models M100, M110, M285, and M425, are designed for maximum productivity in minimal space. The M425 model features film widths ranging from 250 to 460 mm, a repeat length of up to 400 mm, and is equipped with a servomotor drive and frame sealing. It includes a control unit with a TFT Touch-Panel and film end control for both bottom and top webs.
Peripheral equipment includes a water chiller, vacuum and gas flush unit, and various printing options. Optional equipment offers enhancements like a die cut station, packing transfer unit, and quality assurance inline systems.
The M-System is versatile, suitable for medical, food, and non-food industries. The M100 is a compact model for less complex applications, while the M110 offers modular expansion. The M285 is a cost-effective all-rounder, and the M425 is a premium model for high-performance needs.
