Toe Guard Instructions Square Toe Guard - Use in any Darco square toe shoes and walkers. Remove black EVA insole.* Replace black EVA insole. Remove adhesive backing. Position Toe Guard snugly in the front of the shoe. * If using the Toe Guard in a walker; the insole is not removable. Skip steps 1 and 4. Attach the Toe Guard directly to the insole. Use in any round toe post-op shoes. Trim insole to size. Test the insole for size. Remove adhesive backing. Insert Toe Guard, position the heal snugly in the shoe.
