Independent ELEA incubators AP22 ELITE is a full automated system for ELISA method. The instrument is able to manage 2 ELISA microplates with independent temperatures and shaking, 8 tests on line, sample and reagent dilution, dispense with different incubation times and washing modes up to the final ELISA reading and data processing. AP22 IF ELITE is a full automated system for ELISA and IFA methods. In addition to all the AP22 ELITE features the instrument is able to run 16 IFA slides, sample dilution, sample and reagent dispense with independent incubation times and different washing modes. An optional system is also available for slide barcode reading. AP22 IF BLOT ELITE is a full automated system for ELISA, IFA and BLOT methods. Thanks to a dedicated Blot Module and camera, added to all the AP22 IF ELITE features, it is able to carry out the full automation for 24 Dot/Western Blot strips starting from sample dilution, sample and reagent dispense, incubation, strip washing up to the dot imaging processing and assessment for each strip.
