AP22 IF BLOT Power, Precision and reliability for the automated process on IFA, ELISA and BLOT methods AP22 IF Blot is a full automated system for ELISA, IFA and BLOT methods. The instrument is able to run 2 ELISA micro-plates with 8 methods on line or 16 IFA slides, from sample pre-dilution, sample and reagent dispensation, incubation and washing cycles as well to the final ELISA reading and data processing. Thanks to the Blot Module and a camera it is able to carry out the full automation for Dot/Western Blot, starting from sample dilution and dispense, reagent dispense, incubation, strip washing, to the dot imaging processing and assessment for each strip; the software also provides the data record and patient report.
